AC broke down last mid-day. Called Kulacz and asked if they could come same day. They said they would come around 7 or 8. They actually came in early. Aziz called to let me know he was coming early. He came in very knowledgeable, pinpointed the issue and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Aziz was really nice and professional.
I had them out on a Monday to fix my furnace. It was up and running in no time and I was very pleased with their service. The technician was very polite and friendly. Friday of the same week it quit working again. Needless to say I called them and they came back again. The visit became an extension of the first visit and I was not charged the $89.00 again just the cost of the repair. I'm very confident the same problem will not occur again. I highly recommend this family business.
This company installed my central air and replaced my furnace about a year or two ago, and their service was excellent. Today, Ozzy came out to help with a pilot light issue, and he was super kind and patient, walking me through the process. I trust this team for their honesty and great work. Highly recommend!
Kulacz and Sons have always done a great job. Had my ducts cleaned, furnace tuned up and a new ecobee thermostat installed. Great job Tyler and Ozzie! I'm posting a before and after pictures of duct, what a difference!
